Only on acceptance by the department, the return will be accepted. Any physical damage, wear & tear, alteration, resize will not be accepted. Such products will be returned to the customer with shipping charges debited to the customer
  • In case of 15 days easy return policy, the money will be bank transferred online to the customer’s bank account within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return by our quality department. If the payment has been made by credit / debit card, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction
  • In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the returned product, the customer will have to pay the difference in value. In case the exchange value is lower than the value of the returned product, the difference will be held as customer credit for future purchase
  • The acceptance of the returned product is at the sole discretion of the company
