The product / packaging should be returned in as-is condition as it was delivered to
the customer and along with the invoice
The customer to contact us at admin@msdjewels.com and we will arrange pick-up by
the logistics service provider. The number of days to pick-up will depend on the
location of the customer and also at the convenience of the logistics service provider
On receipt of the product, the quality assurance department will assess the product
and only on their acceptance, the refund will be processed
The refund will be made to the customer within 10 working days from the date of
acceptance of the product by the quality department
If the product is not accepted by the quality department, then the same will be
returned to the customer with the additional shipping charges debited to the
customer a/c
