If the re-sized ring value is more than the original product value, the customer will pay the company the incremental cost
If the re-sized ring value is lower than the original product value, the company will return the differential amount to the customer as per the refund policy of the company
For repairs, the customer will be kept informed on a case-to-case basis and the work will be carried out after taking the customer’s consent. Any charges towards repair will be borne by the customer
